Childcare Safety
- Mandatory background checks and thorough screening of all employees.
- Locked and secure entries and exits with key-code controlled access and video monitoring of our facilities.
- Daily sign-in of students and pick-up limited to authorized adults.
- Floor plans that allow for easy observation.
- Constant maintenance of all areas – with daily and monthly inspections.
- All materials, furniture, supplies and equipment screened for safety.
- Age-appropriate play areas completly fenced in and monitored
- Bus transportation for before and after-school programs provided by our own certified drivers.
- All staff members receive comprehensive training for medical and emergency situations, including first aid, fire safety, CPR, and emergency drills/preparedness.
- Fire alarms with established evacuation procedures.
Childcare Health
- We maintain a thoroughly clean center. With teachers cleaning and disinfecting in combination with a professional cleaners we our confident in our cleanliness
- All staff enforces comprehensive food safety policies. Our chef has completed a Servsafe Certificaiton.
- Rest-room safety system to monitor rest-room use, and guide staff.
- No child under three will be allowed to use the rest-room without adult supervision.
- Information on allergies will be kept in the school’s database and given to the staff.
